The students of Arjan Dass College participate in various sports activities such as football, cricket, Volley-ball. Arjan Dass College offers best facilities for sports and exercise.

Gym equipped with weight training machines for fitness and conditioning.

Hockey ground (100 yards by 60 yards)
Cricket ground with 60 meters fielding facility
Volleyball ground (18 meters by 9 meters)

Kabbadi ground (National style of Boys) (13meter 10 meter)
Kabbadi ground (National style of Girls) (12 meter 08 meter)
Sports ground with a 400 meters 8 lane track and facility for fields, events like jumps and throws.

  •  Annual  Athletic Meet

The students  participated in various events i.e. 100mtr. race ,200mtr. race ,   400mtr. race ,800mtr. race ,long Jump, High Jump , Javelin Throw ,Shot put and tug of war.
  • Volleyball State Championship

Volleyball team of Arjan Dass College, Dharamkot participated in Open Volleyball State Championship on Nov.25,2016 at Kassuwal ,Malsian.

  • Workshop on Health Fittness

Physical Education Department of Arjan Dass College ,Dharamkot organised 3 day workshop on “Health Fitness ”from Nov.19 to 21,2016 under the supervision of Prof. Kiranjeet Kaur.

  • Inter- College Tournament

  • International Yoga Day

2Social Welfare and NSS Departments  of Arjan Dass College ,Dharamkot  celebrated “International Yoga Day”  in collaboration with Physical Education Department on June 21 ,2016. Mr.Uggar Sain Nohria  provided valuable information about  Yoga Exercies.

4Arjan Dass College ,Dharamkot   won  Gold medal in Panjab University Inter-College Tournament of Volleyball held from September 27 to September 30, 2015 .
